All you have to do is enter two or four details about the new contact, depending on whether you want to create the person or person with the company, or the company itself, and we will approve it, and the program will already create our new contact.
To do this, go to the list of contacts and click on the „+” icon and that’s it. The New contact window will appear, and we enter our data in it. In this way, we will not only create a new contact, but also at this stage, the program will check whether a similar contact exists in the database, and if so, it will inform you about it. This is protection against duplicates. Additionally, during this operation, the program checks and connects (if any exist) e-mail messages to its card. So as a result of this operation, I also have saved e-mails in the contact card.
In the following example screenshots we show how to do it with a description.
Note: To create a contact, enter its minimum required data in the new contact window to protect yourself against duplicates, i.e. for:
The person is: Full name, person’s e-mail or mobile phone number
Companies include: Company name, company email or city
The above data is required in the Basic tab, otherwise we will not create a contact. Other data can be supplemented as needed.
