Any changes made do not affect the basic principle: OptimaSales does not sell or share personal or address data of customers/users of its services to third parties.
If you do not agree with the Privacy Policy, please do not visit the sites, do not subscribe to newsletters owned by OptimaSales and do not purchase products or services offered by OptimaSales.
Personal Data
When using OptimaSales services, you may be asked to provide some of your personal information by filling in a form or otherwise. The data, you will be asked for is, in most cases, your name, company name and e-mail address. In the case of order forms, you will be asked to provide full company details.
We only require data that is necessary for operation of the website and service. Failure to provide the required data will block the activity to which the data relates.
Subscription to free newsletters
Subscribing to the electronic and free newspapers belonging to Optima Sales requires you to enter your name and e-mail or email address in the relevant form. These fields are required.
The data obtained in this way is added to the mailing list. The e-mail address is necessary in order to be able to send a particular reader newsletter. The first name allows OptimaSales CRM to address readers by name.
Ordering services and products
Ordering services and products offered by OptimaSales requires more complete address details in the relevant form. Required fields are marked.
Unsolicited Messages
OptimaSales reserves the right to send unannounced messages to people whose contact details keeps and who have agreed to the Privacy Policy.
By unannounced messages OptimaSales means information relating directly to its services, magazines, services and products (e.g. changes, internal promotions), non-commercial letters (e.g. greetings, personal comments, etc.) and commercial information, the distribution of which has been paid for by OptimaSales CRM customers.
Commercial information is filtered as much as possible, limited in volume and sent out occasionally.
Open Data
The personal information you provide on OptimaSales-owned sites when you post comments on articles, reply to forums, etc. is available to all visitors to the sites containing that information. OptimaSales has no way of protecting you from individuals or companies using this data to send you unspecified information. Therefore, this data is not subject to the Privacy Policy.
Cookies
Some areas of OptimaSales’ websites may use cookies, which are small text files sent to an Internet user’s computer that identify the user in a way necessary to simplify or redeem a given operation.
Cookies are harmless neither to the computer nor to the user and their data.
