During the search for a CRM solution for our engineering and sales company, we tested 30 (thirty!) different solutions available on the market. In the end, we decided on the OptimaSales CRM system and after using it for a while, we know it was the right decision. Among the features that have been useful to us are:
(1) the simply brilliant way of searching/selecting items from the database (contractors, products, etc.),
(2) very good import of data from external sources (both customers, products and price lists),
(3) offers generated as a link and/or as a PDF document,
(4) very good handling of mass changes (e.g. new price lists, conversion rates, new groups/categories, etc.),
(5) bi-directional cooperation with e-mail applications, - possibility to run controlled, unlimited e-mail campaigns of various types.
